Can I use pictures created by FireShot (any edition) for commercial purposes?
← General questions
Yes - you have all rights to the files created with any edition of FireShot.
Based on Copyright laws in the United States, various International Treaties, etc, it is considered an infringement and violation of those laws and treaties if FireShot captures an image of an image or document which is then used in a Commercial setting. Personal use is OK. Commercial use is prohibited and subject to persecution, fines, and imprisonment otherwise. You might want to change your response.
It would be like reverse engineering software code and then taking that code and selling it. Can't do anywhere except maybe in China but then, many countries are working on fixing that situation.
